REALTORS® Have Buyers Waiting
REALTORS® are working with a team of buyers who have seen what is on the market currently and are
waiting for something new to be listed.
During the first 3-4 weeks of listing is when the most activity will take place. An urgency will be created for agents and buyers because of the excitement of new property on the market. In many cases, the home will most likely receive the best and highest offers during this time.
The only people to look at it after that initial period will be the buyers who are new in the marketplace.
